P24dashboardcom operates the https://p24dashboard.com website, which provides the SERVICE. This page is used to inform website visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service, the p24dashboard.com website.  We can be reached at team@p24dashboard.com

When you fill out a contact form on p24dasbhboard.com we only collect the information you enter into the contact form.  If the form asks for your name, email address, or any other personal information, then that information is sent to us via email.  We only retain that information—including your email address—for as long as necessary to address your purpose in contacting us. Email addresses provided in contact forms are not ever used by P24Dashboard for any purpose other than to reply to you in regards to your reason for contacting us.  We never sell information from contact forms to any third parties for any purpose.

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

As you use this Website, we use automatic data collection technology (Google Analytics) to collect certain information about your device, browsing actions, and patterns. This generally includes information about where you are, how you use our website, and any communications between your computer and this site. Among other things, we will collect data about the type of computer you use, your Internet connection, your IP address, your operating system, and your browser type. We collect this data for statistical purposes and we don’t collect personal information. The purpose of this data is to improve our Website and offerings. If you reside in a country in the European Economic Area (EEA), then under the GDPR and applicable data protection laws you have the rights, among other things, to access your personal data, have us erase it, and/or restrict its further processing.  If you wish to access or delete your personal data (if any) maintained by us, you can do so via the My Account -> Account menu of the website.

We don’t sell or share your data with anyone.  We do use a 3rd party email provider to store your email address if you voluntarily signed up for our email newsletter.  The privacy policy for SendInBlue can be found here. 

When you sign up with us, we’ll ask you to provide email address. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:

• Send you information about your account
• Create your account on our application

If you register an account then we will store your email address. We store information about you for as long as your account exists.  We store the list of your content websites, search topics, posts, and related information you enter about your content list. The latter information is fully encrypted before being stored in the database (see the FAQ for more info).

Our team’s administrators have access to your username and email address. Your websites, search topics, and posts are all encrypted in the database and hence cannot be viewed in clear by anyone. Your website traffic data is not stored in the database.

Any additional information added in your User Profile can also be visible to the administrator(s).

We also store the personal information you provide in your user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you, or delete itself yourself through the My Account -> Account -> Delete feature. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

We don’t send your data to anyone.

Our application uses a secure software architecture and follows best practices to prevent data access or tampering. We use secure servers and encryption for data transport.
